The Ormand reunion grounds at the site of the Ormand Furnace has a creek running through with a small waterfall.  At the 116th reunion on 7/27/2013 it rained, big time. Of the 125 or so who attended no one could recall rain at a reunion.  Water ran across the shelter floor and pattered against the roof, yet folks continued to enjoy the food and fellowship as normal.  A few even hiked in the rain up to the falls just to see how different the falls were from normal.
